Chef Tony Ly, owner and operator of the Fishing Panda Food Truck & Catering, began his catering journey in 2018. In Spring 2022 the food truck was established which allowed Tony and and his team to elevate his services. Tony combines seasonal products, a creative flair and inspiration from the community to deliver a mouth-watering menu.
